My husband and I are attending Carb Day at Indy. Any advice?

We are only going to see Stone Temple Pilots for $10. We have been fans of theirs for a long time and have never seen them live. On the other hand, we are NOT race fans at all. I have watched less than 10 races on TV in my whole life. And I think this was just because someone else had it on at their house. lol What can we expect? Where is the concert done? (We have a seating chart of the facility.) Are there other music acts? Any info. will be helpful.
