Immigration laws involving a d.u.i?

I just wanted to know if any one had any knowledge about what would happen when someone who isn't a citizen or resident got pulled over for a d.u.i - i know someone in santa rita right now waiting for i.c.e. He has 3 days to be deported and if hes not deported within those 3 days they'll let him go but they know where he lives currently so they could go pick him up at any time. If he is deported - is there any means at all if even with a pardon or something that he could come back legally?
