Help, PLEASE! I am desperate to get back into college after not being able to pay tuition and am at a loss as?

to what I can do. I had to leave school after completing my freshman year because I couldn't pay my tuition. My parents haven't done their taxes and therefore can't help me with the FAFSA which I am ineligible for now anyway since I have an unpaid outstanding balance at my school. My school won't send transcripts anywhere or let me back until the bill is paid and I can't take out a loan because my credit score stinks. I haven't been able to find a co-signer for a loan but even if I did, would that help me at this point? Can I still get a student loan? What other kind of loans could I look into with bad credit and/or a cosigner? Are there any programs available to help finance school for kids whose parents cant/wont help? What can I do? PLEASE somebody, anybody, I am DESPERATE. I want an education so so bad and it's killing me to feel so trapped. Anyone with any ideas or information PLEASE please consider helping me out, I really need some guidance for my future. Thank you.
