Are there any drug cartels in Peru and Bolivia besides Colombia and Mexico?

There is not that much killing in Colombia anymore. The place has really improved thanks to their president, of course there are still some in Colombia, but definitley not as many as there used to be. In Bolivia and Peru there are minor drug cartels, but no major ones. Most drugs that are grown in Bolivia and Peru are controlled by Mexican cartels.
