When you go to Hell does God allow yearly reviews in the hopes of a Pardon and a p to paradise?

no waay. Gods giving u ur chance on earth which is like what, 10+ yrs. if ur a baby and die, u just go to heaven since u had no chance to become a christian. and wen u go to hell, ur there forever.
