Need help citing my paper?Plz help?

i looked for the mla format on the page but it doesnt have it and if it does i cant find it anyway do i just use the website as the citing for example like "dogs can only see black in white"(www.scientificdogresearch.com) and do i have to include date and pg number and anything else that would help me out?
