What are my chances of being a PA state trooper?

in four years im talking about. 4 years from now ill have a BA in criminal justice, probably be a specialist in the National Guard. im E-1 now.. i`ve only gotten one speeding ticket. and im a volunteer firefighter. i graduated from a catholic high school, and will graduate from a catholic college. im near sighted. but in great shape. or so my sergeant says. i know its hard to get accepted. im really looking for a trooper`s opinion, not some website on the requirements. thanks =]
