Y has my gpa been doing this?

for the past week or so my gpa hasnt been telling me goodnight. he always tells me goodnight and that he loves me. i'm trying to figure out what i could have done and the only thing i can come up with is that i haven't paid him back for him buying my medicine recently. which i really dont have the money to. could this be it or is he just being old and ? also should i say something to him ab it? or should i mention to something to my gma first and have her say something to him.
