What is the meaning of this SNL skit?

I don't know if anyone watched SNL this past saturday (i was actually there..) but there was a hilarious skit where james franco was in his dressing room and "willem dafoe" aka bill hader was talking to him through the mirror...when andy samberg comes into the room he says something along the lines of "bloopidy bloop bloop laters...!!" what is that from??
