TTC want 2 compare symptoms dpo?

I'm TTC I have a normal cycle my last period was Sept.8 my cycle is 31days. My husband and I BD before, during, and after ovulation. On Friday 24 Saturday 25 I noticed that my are sore and today they are still sore. I know that sore can mean that ovulation occurred, but can it also mean that conception has occurred? I'm just curious because I have had my period for 17 years and I have never had sore before or after ovulation. Are My chances good has anyone had sore s 2-4dpo and found out that they were pregnant?
