Had a negative blood test? am i pregnant though?

On February 8th,9th,and 10th I had , I'm on the pill but then on the 11th I started taking anbiotics. I went to planned parenthood and had a quantatative blood test done a monthe after i had , so the test was done march 14, the result were negative. I also had aa negative urine test that day. Well recently this month I had painful , and , a sore a little worse than pms, slight nausea, and I feel like something is kicking me in my sstomach. I went to planned parenthood again today and got a negative urine test...they say its in my head and the movement is gas. That I need to relax....I've had periods since the but since I'm on the pill theyre light. My question is....is can a qualatativeblood test drawn a month after be trusted? Is my neg a sure answer, and im just driving myself nuts? I have an appt in two weeks for a pelvic exam. The pain in my feels like a bruise and it on the mound outside my oris, is this my pubic bone? Its hurts and fells bruised especially when i llift my leg, is this normal for pm's? Any expiriences? I read online a girl said she got neg bblood test until she was 3 months along. I also just felt "movement" on the upper right side or my sstomach then some ways under my ....it was like a kick and clench....muscle spasms?
