Could you work for a company offering no breaks?

I have worked at a company for 3 years. I had the same boss until a few months ago that quit. Now I have a new supervisor. My old boss seldom offered breaks but this new one never does. This new supervisor always seems to ask me how close I am to finishing what he asked me to do before I ever get finished so that he can immediately give me something else to do. The only break we get is lunch. The company never increased my pay since I started and I want to leave if I can. Would you work for a company offering no breaks and works you continuously?
